I agree and understand that I am registering for the Total Control Intermediate Riding Clinic. I understand that this is a 1 day course, and if I miss any segments of the class that I am enrolled in (including being tardy to any of the sessions) I will not be able to continue and will need to re-register and pay for a new class in order to obtain completion certificate.
I understand that this is NOT a beginners course, and I will need to successfully pass the first qualifying exercise (starting out from a stop smoothly, shifting gears, stopping smoothly at a designated point and performing a 90 degree turn within 20 feet) in order to continue in the class. I understand that this is a pass or fail course, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
I must give a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule without incurring in a $50.00 reschedule fee. If I do not show up for class without rescheduling I forfeit the entire tuition and will need to re-register and pay for a future class.
I understand that I must provide the motorcycle (or scooter) that I will be using during the class, and that it is street legal, insured motorcycle or scooter. I understand that proof of insurance will be required.
I understand that it is required for me to wear the appropriate riding gear while on the motorcycle and scooter , and that there are no exceptions to this requirement. If I do not meet these requirements I will be dismissed from class and will need to re-register and pay for a future class. Required riding gear: 1. D.O.T Helmet 2. Full fingered gloves 3. Long sleeve shirt 4. Long sturdy pants 5. Over the ankle shoes or boots 6. Eye protection (face-shield on helmet, goggles, sunglasses, or eyeglasses). Riding jacket and pants are encouraged, but not required.
